JOB PURPOSE :   As Talent Acquisition Lead - To attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.   As HR Operations Lead - Support, execute and deployment of following key HR processes for K&B, India Commercial organization - HR Operations, HR Analytics, Statutory Compliances  EXPECTED END RESULTS :   Manage entire recruitment cycle - Profiles sourcing & screening, conducting initial round of interview, rolling out of offer  Manage Lead time of recruitment -Ensuring open positions closure within target timelines  Focus on Channel Segmentation for Cost Effective Recruitment - Responsible for cost effective recruitment strategy against the target. Hiring through alternate channels and reducing dependency on recruitment agencies. Maintaining and updating recruitment budget by mapping cost of each recruitment related activity  Focus on Quality Recruitment - Lead employee referral program, build line managers capability to conduct competency based interviews  Lead Campus Engagement Program - Single point of contact for hiring from Premier B-Schools. Positioning Kohler as Employer of Choice in premier management institutes  Responsible for Pre Joining and Onboarding formalities - Strengthening pre-joining formalities and creating gracious recruitment experience  Responsible for Annual Manpower Planning - Execute annual manpower planning exercise and ensure accurate forecasting of talent; right numbers and at the right level, is built in to the HR Fin. Plan  Responsible for Process Excellence - Drive process excellence in HR operations and ensure that all stages/phases of HR operations (Full & Final Settlement, ELMS, HR Audit, Joining and onboarding, Mediclaim etc) are deployed in line with key process metrics  Lead Statutory Compliance - Ensure efficient & seamless implementation of Statutory Compliances at both HO & regional levels  Maintain Monthly Dashboard - Ensure/Maintain monthly dashboards/HRIS and other metrics, as & when required, to be routed to the functional heads as well as within HR fraternity in line with accuracy and timelines  Supervisory Relationships :  Reports to : DGM HR  - Reporting - 3 member team reporting to this role: AM HR, HR Recruiter and HR Coordinator-managing HR Operations  Internal Stakeholder Interaction - HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Finance, Admin & IT  External Stakeholder Interaction - Aspiring Candidates, Recruitment Agencies, Vendors  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :   - Graduation in any discipline with full time MBA degree HR from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute  PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS :   - Good communication skills  - Good personality and attitude  - Should be approachable  - Should have knowledge of different hiring tools
