Job Purpose :   This role exists to fulfil customer demands related to bathroom solutions to selected key institutional accounts in the designated area with the end objective of growing the top line of Kohler  Principle Accountability :   Expected End Results Major Activities :   Strategic sales planning - Provide inputs in formulating the strategic direction for effective key account management in the area, Development of a roadmap and strategic initiatives to achieve the business targets from Large accounts  - Mapping & evolving buying/ purchase behaviour of the account  Business Planning - Provide inputs on sales and business plans for all key accounts, Support the formulation of annual business & operating plan for the Large Key Accounts by providing inputs on the pipelines for all accounts  - Mapping of potential, wins & losses along with implementation of share gain/ hold share strategy   - Monitor and track achievement of targets  Pre Sales leading to Purchase order & Margin optimization - Specifications, Quotes, Negotiation & PO, while ensuring margins - Recurring product & brand presentation with in house design teams & / or designated design houses through BD team.  - Successful specification of KOHLER in all projects of the developer  - Quoting best product mix & negotiation of purchase order involving relevant stake holders from developer & Kohler India followed by finalization of PO with mutually agreed terms  - Ensure profitable business relationship with the account.  New customer acquisition - Identify and target potential customers - Commence business with new pre-selected large accounts   - Lead negotiations and work on timely submission of compelling bids (both technical and commercial) in coordination with product & finance team   Relationship building & maintenance - Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to keep a track of their business plans, Establish and build strong client relationships over time that allow for continuity and ongoing representation reinforced by sales support & delivery  - Build strong connect with influencers (architects, plumbers, interior designers, project consultants etc.) who are relevant for the Large Accounts  Sales execution - Ensure site wise coordination and Manage dealers, Providing rolling forecast on product requirement of each site.  - Appointment / Management of dealer's liaison with the customer, including deliveries, payment, claims, etc.   Internal and External Operations - Attend and participate in company sales meetings and trade or industry meetings, shows, conventions to increase knowledge of Kohler products & spread awareness of the same  - Participate in regional, zonal review meetings  - Maintain an active database of your LKAs to facilitate information based decision making  Cross functional contact matrix - Involving Kohler cross-functional stakeholders with accounts at designated frequency  KEY INTERACTIONS :   Internal/External :  - Director Sales  - RSMs  - GM - Projects & Hospitality  - Senior Manager - Hospitality  - Zonal sales team - ZKAMs and TKAMs  - Operations / admin team  - Finance, Legal team  - Technical sales service team - Institutional customers  - Dealers   - Influencers - architects   - Plumbers  - Industry Associations  Skills And Knowledge :   State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job.
