Presales Knowledge Manager
Requirements :
- Graduate, preferably in engineering
- 5+ years of experience working in an IT Service provider organization
- 7+ years of Knowledge management experience
- Experience of working with sales would be an advantage
- Experience of technical writing would be an advantage
Job Description :
- The main function of the knowledge sharing position would be to help champion knowledge sharing amongst all Presales, Sales and related functions, so that the knowledge, experience, know-how and information gained during the opportunity pursuits is recorded, stored, shared and collaborated.
Key responsibilities include :
- Create process, governance and structure around Knowledge Management
- Motivate and Promote knowledge sharing through the processes and systems by, among others, strengthening links between knowledge sharing and the information systems, and improving integration among information systems in the organization, to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems
- Promote collaborative tools such as central repositories, validations, activity rooms to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners
- Share experiences across different regions and different functional teams communities of practice, including preparation of case studies
- Help monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking and evaluation programs/opportunities
