Position -Strategic Account manager

Location - Bangalore

Reporting: Will be reporting to VP and Head - Enterprise technology Solutions

Job Description -

Position Overview:

- Maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers.

- Assigned to four to six named customers

- Is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.

- Represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers

- Lead the customer account planning cycle

- Ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by Knowlarity.

Job Responsibilities:

- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.

- Coordinates the involvement of Knowlarity personnel, including support, technology, delivery, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales number and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

- Proactively leads a joint account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial & non-financial targets, and critical milestones for short, medium and long (3, 12 and 26 months) term.

- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel

- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.

- Meets assigned expectations for profitability and revenue recognition.

- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined for the account.

- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet Knowlarity objectives.

- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings

Desired capabilities:

- 4-5 years of experience in customer management/solution designing/Sales

- Excellent communication skills

- Good understanding of Knowlarity solutions and system

- Able to do project management in an IC capacity

- Customer orientation

- Good problem solving skills

- Open to extensive travel
