Job Description:
- Handling Project Sales/Institutional sales
- Meeting with Architects, Contractors , Builders and PMC
- Build and manage relationship with the respective accounts
- Coordinate with Account for negotiations
- Finalize terms and conditions for contracts/ agreements
- Coordinate with respective branch offices to service the accounts
- Monitor execution of orders to Key Accounts
- Manage service levels for Key Accounts
- Conduct research on industry verticals and upcoming projects
- Collect projects related market intelligence of accounts
- Nominate and define Key Accounts for the region
- Build case to support selection of Key Accounts
- Resolve queries/ complaints of respective accounts (if any)
- Developing and managing relationships with the set of designated external customers to deliver targeted business goals.
- Building relationship with the internal partners of the organization like Product management, supply chain, Divisional and branch teams to ensure superior Value delivery to external customers.
Detail JD will be providing on basis of interest
Qualification : BE or MBA
- Having rich experience in Interior infrastructure, OEM, Hospitality, FMCG or consumer durables preferably in a B2B role. He should preferably be an MBA from a reputed college/institute.
- Engineering background will be preferred
