About the Role: Looking at a Key Account Manager, for a leading tea brand in India (HQs in Bangalore) who can take care of the HORECA clients primarily.   Duties & Responsibilities:   - Prospect & Identify HORECA, Corporate and Gifting customers for the Products   - Conduct End to End Activities to close the sales: Cold Calls, Prospecting, Sampling of the products, Proposal Preparation, Negotiate and Close the sales/contracts.   - Manage relationships across levels with HORECA, Corporate Customers and Gifting partners.   - Co-ordinate with Multiple functions - Operations/Logistics/Finance to streamline supplies to end customers and ensure payments.   - Develop Sales Plan and Monitor Sales. Provide Weekly and Monthly Activity report, highlighting critical issues and solutions.   - Identify, Organize and Participate in Events (Class and Mass Events). Monitor the footfalls and report feedback/outcome post participation in the events.   - Identify Channel Partners in the market and recommend opportunities for growth.   - Monitor competition activities and develop a plan to counter competition activities.   Qualification & Skills:   - 4+ years of experience - Experience in HORECA/ Institutional Sales primarily taking care of Luxury products   - Enjoys working in Individual Contributing Role. Is self-motivated and has the ability to work in fast paced office environment.
