Its online assessment platform provides testing and tracking for recruitment, training, certification and examinations. Its comprehensive and reliable assessment for technical, aptitude and psychometric skills have resulted in loyal corporate customers. Among its clients are US companies like Sbarro, McGraw Hill Education, Sears, SAP, Monster, and Ericsson, as well as Indian companies like Myntra, Wipro, ClearTrip, and IndiaMart. The company was founded by IIT - IIM alumni in 2010 and has won numerous awards since its inception including the prestigious TiE50 Award.

As a Key Account Manager- Sales, you will be responsible for generating sale revenues for the Company by managing strategic key accounts.

Responsibilities include:

- Strategic role in new business pitches and will hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.

- Development and achievement of sales through the various sales channels.

- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.

- Strategise business plans for all current and potential business partners.

- You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.

Candidate Profile:

- Candidate with experience in selling HR Solutions will be preferred.

- Previous experience in Account Management or Corporate Sales

- Strong account management and relationship building skills.

- Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level.

- Highly self-motivated.

- Knowledge of local Language is mandatory

- Highly enthusiastic with a go getter attitude
