We have 1 very urgent position in one of the best and established brand in building material chemicals organization :-

Position : Key Account Manager - Project Sales ( Builders / Real Estate division )

Location :- Bangalore & Vijaywada

CTC - 8 lac to 12.5 lac ; depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.

Job Specification :

- Handling key accounts in Builders, Real Estate, PSU's, Infrastructure segments.

- Establish companies brand as the most preferred brand to be recommended by the Architects, Builders, Developers, Waterproofing and Civil Engineering Contractors, Interior Designers and Specifiers & to their clients.

- Independently handle Business Development through Builders, Waterproofing & Civil Contractors for promotion of the entire range of products from all business verticals.

- To prepare and drive the Business Plan of the - Builder and Waterproofing Contractor Development Division-, in the respective Zone for all the focus products preferred by the company

- To coordinate with Specification team members and Technical - customer care cell members to specify Client products in various builders projects and arranging the sampling for the new products developed by NPD division.

- To develop & present the Presentations for the Builders and Waterproofing and Civil Contractors.

- To identify Builders, Developers, Structural Consultants, Interior Designers, PMC and Contractors who work for projects in given zone and establish strong relations with them and their associates at pan India, to promote Client range of Products.

- To identify top of the line Waterproofing and Civil Contractors who can promote client range of products in their entire projects.

- To arrange Builders, Contractors and consultants meets at regular interval of time.

- Organize distribution of Company Gifts to the network and their business partners on various occasions.

- To identify and appointment of client Projects Distributors (DFPD), Reseller (RS) and client Applicators in the assigned area for smoothly flow of sales and services to the customers.

- To Plan the Monthly / Weekly / Daily activities in advance, and submit Daily Report on the proceedings of the day, in the Daily Sales Report [DSR] in system and upload the same in Project Tracking System MIS as required by management.

- More focus on Western line top builders requirements for Waterproofing systems and interacting with their Purchase and contracting team for quoting for their BOQ's for apply and supply job with the help of our DFA's.

Requirement : Relevent exposure in the Building materials segment itself handling similar key accounts.

Qualification : BE civil/mechanical or Diploma in civil/BsC Chemistry with MBA. ( preferred )
