As the Key Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include :

- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients

- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel

- Developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic to their website/ app

- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

- Experimenting with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels

- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

- Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate markets

- Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects

- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

- Kickstarting a B2B service and acquiring enterprise clients for the same

- Customer engagement planning and execution

Candidate Profile :

- Female candidates preferred

- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels

- Strong account management and relationship building skills

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively

- Budget-management skills and proficiency

- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field

- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

- Should be resourceful and tech savvy

- Should have excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary Offered : 6-10 LPA
