Title - Account Manager, Location - Bangalore, India   Account Managers play a significant role in the business, managing business development and delivery objectives, P&L for top line and bottom line, customer satisfaction, and the overall client relationship for the account. In case of Key Accounts, they will work with the Global Account Management team to develop strategy and grow the business across different business units by introducing different services and solution offerings.   The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:  - A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a client facing role in a consulting firm or an account management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry. The person should have experience working in global team structure  - Past experience managing a client P&L of $10-15 million dollars, including reporting and metric assessment for the account.  - Possess strong Knowledge & Selling experience in Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Vertical and past experience of dealing with Indian captive units of large BFS clients  - Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.  - Identify, shape and convert business opportunities in line with Mindtree portfolio targets, meeting the necessary risk and profit requirements, so as to meet and surpass business development targets.  - Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing.  - Business technology background with knowledge of the Industry Landscape, IT marketplace, and current Market conditions  - Should have experience in managing projects/programs with different engagement models - staff augmentation and/or fixed price.   - Aggressive go getter with excellent client-relationship skills.  - Should have experience working with partners and business associates  - Must possess excellent people / communication / presentation skill with high energy levels.  - Construct unique propositions based on the competitive scenario and customers- requirements and sell it to the customers  - Responsible for managing commercial negotiations with prospects and clients  - Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts and to lead and manage multiple distributed teams to achieve client goals.  - Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively along vertical and horizontal planes internally and in client organizations.  - Capable of multitasking with rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.  - Problem solving with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications.  - Demonstrate the flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments, industries and technical and non-technical audiences.
