Key Responsibilities
Develop channel-wise sales strategy to ensure targeted distribution and dominant. In-store visibility across channels.Develop and maintain an effective and efficient Route to Market across all three channels across Delhi/NCR & UP
Team Development: Lead and develop the team of Field Sales Managers, Regional Trade Marketing Manager, Distribution Partner Managers across Delhi/NCR & UP to deliver the growth agenda of the organization.
Sales across Channels: Plan and Deliver Primary and Secondary sales growth across all three channels. Keen strategist and implementer with experience in accomplishing business growth on a consistent basis. Expertise in strategic planning, market plan execution, account management and boosting of various sales efforts. Proficiency in formulating business plans for retailing activities and development of the business unit. Expertise in analyzing and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationship with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
