Job Overview

We are looking for Sales professionals with the focus on exploring Sales and distribution for the achievement of Sales Volume and Value targets for the assigned territory, along with his team and channel partners

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

- Meeting volume and value objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the distributor network and staff.

- Planning, implementing and monitoring all traditional sales activities within the assigned territory as an entrepreneurial manager, particularly providing an annual drive-plan for the whole territory in collaboration with the Business Head

- To support the Regional Sales manager in Sales Forecasting for his territory based on sound analysis.

- Guiding the Sales Officers to appoint and sustain profitable distributors partners

Key Requirements:

- Masters in Business Management / Bachelor degree

- Minimum 5+ years of working experience in General Trade and Modern Trade sales function, preferably from the FMCG Industry.

- Commercial acumen, excellent negotiation ability and a good existing network. This position will be responsible for increasing market penetration by establishing new relationships and expanding existing accounts.

- Strong oral, written, verbal communication & presentation skills required

- Fluent in English and local language

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

- Integrity, proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
