Job Description:
- Understand and work towards established business targets
- Participate in client interactions for inaugural call, introductory call, updates, sales closure meetings
- Market research, mapping and analysis
- Leading direct customer engagements to reach established targets
- Bidding on projects posted on Portals, RFP Databases etc.
- Preparing a potential prospect list and chasing them to closure of business
Essential Experience/Exposure:
- Planning innovative sales strategy to achieve established targets; Effective time management to align sales efforts with sales targets; Ability to interact and coordinate with Presales Team
- Pushing sales primary through telephone, important that is experienced in making Outbound Sales calls to prospective Customers primarily in USA & Europe.
- Experienced in running marketing campaign on email for prospective Customers primarily in USA & Europe.
- Have exposure in providing Live Chat / Email & Voice support to customers.
Primary Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to engage and influence a client;
- Effective in handling rebuttals and objections;
- Thinking on the feet
Requirements:
- Has to work in night shifts.
- Should have experience in outbound sales or bidding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
