Job Location : Alwarpet, Chennai.

Experience : Minimum 10 years (Post qualification) preferably in Healthcare domain or commercial organization.

Qualification : CA with degree in any discipline is mandatory from reputed university.

Job profile:

General manager, from corporate accounting to supervise, track and evaluate day - to- day activities, responsibilities including establishing financials controls by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Process owner for handling end to end corporate accounting system

- Compilations of annual budgets on timely basis

- Taking care of overall control & cost reduction and establishing budgetary control system for revenue and costs and identifying and reporting variances in cost efficiencies of various cost centers .

- Oversee the Cash flows & Treasury and Banking Operations

- Monitoring of AR&AP on regular/ periodic basis

- Preparation of Annual Budget, Quarterly forecasting, working capital Analysis, center profitability analysis, capital projects, contribution statements, cost Audit/ compliances, FG Analysis, and VAT Returns & Assessment etc-

- Compliance with Direct tax& Indirect Tax laws and Tax Planning

- Scrutiny of other Units accounts on periodic basis

- Monitoring of daily routines - Invoice approvals, PO generations etc-

- Proven Knowledge of booking keeping and accounting principles, Practice, standards, Law and regulation

- Coordinate with the insurance, statutory/ internal / external auditors.

- As we expanding travelling will be the part of the role and this is group level position .

Competency Requirement :

- Ability to multi task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.

- High on Integrity.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of procedural control and data validation techniques required

- Strong work ethic with positive, can - do attitude

- Analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems

- Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership.

- Advance computer skills and SAP exposure is mandatory.

- Ability to direct and supervise.

Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer.
