Kautilya Finance focuses on building long term relationships with developers by providing them with financing to enable completion of the underlying real estate projects. Kautilya Finance has invested Rs 500 crores in Indian Real estate in the last 6 months and has an active pipeline of Rs 500-1000 crores. Role: Asset management, progress and cost monitoring of projects, business models, scheduling & tracking, reporting Qualification - BE Civil/ Mechanical/Architect Experience - 10- 15 years (Age 35-40 Years) Skillset: 1. Experienced in high rise building construction including structure, fit-outs, and services 2. Budgeting, estimation, scheduling & forecasting 3. Well versed with approvals in Mumbai/Delhi (as applicable) 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English Language)
