Karvy, a well diversified conglomerate has ventured into the E-Commerce Services business and we are looking at an Operations Head, who has extensive experience of working in the Logistics Operations space, especially catering to E-Commerce.  Roles & Responsibilities  - Providing inputs for building the strategy forward for the business unit to achieve business objectives.  - Setting of delivery network and Team building  - Work with third party transportation carriers as well as E-Commerce portals to build on the E-Commerce value proposition  - Responsible for day to day operations to ensure timely delivery  - Overseeing relations with 3PL players and E-commerce portals to ensure seamless cooperation and interactions  10-15 years of experience in Logistics & Technology roles preferably in E-Commerce Industry
