- Preparing the training plan in consultation with Training Head & Zonal Sales Head and Sharing with the training team
- Enable & support trainers in delivering the developed content
- One Point Support for all presentations and content for training team.
- Working with training providers to develop suitable content for the courses
- Responsible for entire backend processing for test windows
- Manage Online Test for Business Development Workshop
- Manage Online test for Product Induction Training & Monthly Online Test
- All Invitation Mails to the respective stake holders for training programme
- Maintaining the Training Records & MIS
- Preparing the effectiveness of the training by way of measurement of performance of Test scores
- Effective performance with valuation of KRA Linked performance for trained employee month wise.
- Preparing the goal sheets for trainers & Maintaining it on Monthly performance
- Preparing feedback report for Trainers on goal sheet parameters on quarterly basis
- Developing Learning Modules in software Module wise & Upload the same
- Upgrading of Uploading of Presentation, and Tools Kit in the IRIS
- Ensuring the trainings have been scheduled and completed as per mode
- Maintaining records of Skype, Product Induction, Business development Workshop
- Handle MIS for pan India, prepare presentations, upload data with the help of software applications and then circulate the same to the entire team.
- In conjunction with the Training team & Product team, Prepare Business Performance reporting, providing monthly analytics for areas of training
- Designing and publishing the calendar for Functional Training Needs
- Identifying and designing functional Skill related programs along with external resources based on needs
- Act as a liaison and source of feedback from training directly to Sales & Consultants, Human Resource Research, Product Management, Finance and Product Delivery groups
