Overall purpose and objective of the position
- Karvy is a leading integrated financial services provider, ranked among the top 5 in India across its business verticals. The group is about to embark on a diversification initiative to establish its presence in the ecommerce ecosystem in India. We are looking to provide various services for ecommerce portals and sellers with the objective of increasing sales. They intend to provide services ranging from image processing, content management, catalouge creation, updating and continuous maintenance, supply chain, Contact Center, Seller Services.
Roles & responsibilities -
- Generating revenue by developing and Managing new accounts with respect to service lines of KarvyClick
- Contribute as an individual performer and drive sales in association with regional teams
- Creating business proposals/pitch packs for potential partners and bringing them onboard
- Tracking the development of plan laid on a regular basis and doing course correction
- Closely track and analyze the performance metrics on regular and defined intervals
- To be abreast with latest Market Developments and plan ahead to be a step ahead of competition
- To be in regular touch with the clients to understand the current and upcoming requirements
- Handle Negotiations with clients and alliances
Work experience required -
- Professional experience of min 5-6 years in Sales and Marketing Roles
- Prior relationships with Corporates would be an added advantage
Expected qualifications -
- Post-Graduation: MBA from Premier Institute
- Graduation: Any Graduation from Premier Institute
The successful candidate will -
- Be willing to relocate as per business requirements
- Be mobile and open to extensive travel for developing the market for new line of business (LoB)
- Possess outstanding analytical skills and strong expertise in interpreting results and deriving insights
- Possess excellent communication skills in written and oral communication in English
- Demonstrate strong business judgment and decision making skills
- Have the ability to generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives
- Be adept at identification of right performance metrics and assessing progress against them
