The company has capability and success stories in large scale process management services across industry verticals.  Lately, KDMSL has acquired Telecom and Banking Voice Business from Mphasis with BPO facility in Vadodara, Bhubaneswar, Bangalore and Hyderabad.  Purpose of role   This role is responsible for complete Business cycle management right from lead generation to closure in BFSI, Telecom   Key Responsibilities   - Responsible for new business development by identifying new business opportunities, doing Competitor analysis and untouched market segments   - Manage direct Sales with focus to maximize revenues in timely, reliable manner  - Liaison with appropriately qualified Contacts, maintain relationships with existing Clients and mining of new Clients  - Close interaction with Pre Sales and Sales team to ensure timely delivery of technical proposals  - Gain and share understanding of prospect's organization, processes, business strategies, product or service offerings and decision-making structures  - Work collaboratively with the company's resources to define the approach and strategy for achieving client requirements  - Discuss any potential risks with the Sales and account management team in periodic meetings  - Lead and support Business development team in business development activities
