We are presently having requirement for Recruiter.
The Job Description is as follows :
- Source profiles through different sources such as Internet Job Sites, Placement Consultants, Training Institutes, College Campuses, Advertisements, Job Fairs, Hiring Store fronts, Employee Referrals.
- Screening profiles to check if they are suitable for the current requirement in terms of relevant experience, no. of years of exp, proficiency in skills required, CTC, educational background, location, shift timings, notice period, communication & duplicity
- Forwarding the profile for technical screening and scheduled the short listed candidates for technical and HR Interviews either telephonic or F2F or through video conferencing or web cam chat.
- Maintaining a tracker in which the details and status at every stage of interview of each candidate is updated on a timely basis.
- Interacting with Vendors or placement consultants who are empanelled with us on a daily basis to explain the requirement and push them to pump in more profiles to fill in the existing requirements.
- Interacting with technical panelists to understand the requirements better and refine search every time.
- Interviewing candidates who have cleared the technical rounds of interviews from a HR standpoint to assess them on correctness of information provided, stability, compensation.
