This position creates new footprint for leadership role in driving data-driven innovation and value for our customers and prospects while proving analytical capabilities. The Project Director would be the project's point person, managing resources and overseeing finances to ensure that the project's progresses on time and on budget. The right resource would manage all aspects of information technology including networks, systems, security, and controls and would be responsible for implementing new technologies, establishing best practices, and maximizing return from projects. ELIGIBILITY: Ten plus years- hands on experience in - Project Management- or an equivalent role. The ideal candidate would have managed Analytics / BI project (s) in his/her current role. The role would require travel (20-50%) depending on the project's assigned. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides leadership and manage Business Analyst's as part of project engagements, ensuring progress while mitigating any risk associated. - Assist in customer engagement, project scoping, timeline management, and results documentation to ensure professional relationship management with client engagements. - Reviews high-level deliverables across the practice and ensures quality assurance procedures take place for all engagements. - Evaluates and redesigns practice offerings. Understands the implications of different technical choices and is able to guide our clients to the best solution for the situation. - Ensures practice meets or exceeds budgeted financial objectives, including revenue and margin. - Ensures practice is well informed, at all times, of changes and effectively communicates relevant practice information to superiors. - Helps create pipeline forecasts and broad-based financial picture for the engagement. - Creates an environment where Innovators can successfully achieve professional career path goals. - Takes a lead role in monitoring the identification and development of strategic accounts. - Grows long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on equity and partnership opportunities. EDUCATION: Phd, BE/B.Tech or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or Applied Mathematics along with PMP certification.
