Job Profile and KRA :  - Clear Accountability, acquisition and handling sales to High Net worth (HNI) corporates and other clients  - Generating sales, new business & revenues for the company in Mumbai region and handling portfolio management services of all clients  - Generating client references through own initiatives and databases thereby developing new client  - Profiling customers & providing products who meet their needs  - Deepen the relationship by cross selling products & services according to their needs   - Enhance & retain cost profitability by capturing larger share of wallet  - Acquire mass affluent HNI customers, deepen acquired HNI relationships for all wealth products (Insurance, mutual funds/Equity Trading) and cross-sell 3rd party products for example (Mutual Funds, Insurance, HNI Equity Trading, Home Loans and other Fees based Product)  - The position is the driver of customer centric sales proposition, that offers customers a range of products from liabilities to consumer assets (personal loans, business loans, LAP etc) to wealth management.  - The Relationship Value of the customer should be 10 Lacs and above  - Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction & retention.   Other responsibilities :   - Responsible for 3rd party product distribution, free income generation through branches  - Adherence to internal policies &external regulations  Desired Skills & experience:  - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) is must  - Excellent presentation skills  - Persuasive  - Self Confident  Its an individual role and the applicants should be well versed with wealth product.   AMFI / IRDA certified applicants are preferred.
