Kartrocket is looking for a Sr. Manager Customer Service to setup & scale our customer service desk. The person will be responsible for setting up all the processes in the customer service department & ensuring the SLA's are met & delivered on.  Responsibilities:   - Setting up the customer service desk software for handling tickets generated through email/phone/chat/social etc.  - Setting up a team that can deliver customer delight  - Setting up SLAs on first response time, query resolution time etc & ensuring that they are met  - Monitoring performance of the team and carrying out training exercises to ensure team performs to best of their abilities and company targets are achieved.   - Guiding and coaching the team members effectively to enhance their customer service skills.  - Gathering the ideas on consumer need & passing on to the product team  - Brainstorm with various stakeholders in the company & take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of ideas.  - Automating the process of responding back to users requiring minimal human efforts without compromising on customer satisfaction.   - Give feedback on how to make the systems & processes more Self service for the end users  Requirements:   - 4-5 years of experience in handling a team of customer service executives.  - Should have knowledge on the best practices about CSD  - Should be well versed with basic data analytics techniques.   - Should have in depth knowledge of the best software in the market & should be able to work in frugal environment  - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment & work independently.
