Responsibilities :  You will be responsible for driving business growth and market share for all categories that Kraftly focuses on along with ensuring we are on track to hit our targets for seller acquisition as well as catalog acquisition. You will also be required to liaise with Marketing, Operations and Product teams to ensure cohesion and drive organizational level targets by communicating amongst all teams.  - You will need to define the strategy, identify opportunities and create and execute upon a plan for seller acquisition, analysis and retention. You will need to interact with Product and Marketing to ensure the correct visual merchandising, collections and push/email/sms messaging takes place to drive sales across various categories.  - Also, keep in mind that we- re a startup and we expect almost everyone to get their hands dirty.   - You could be taking customer calls every now and then to lending your experience towards the company's vision - all is game.  - Develop a plan that ensures widest range based on consumer segment insights, regional requirements, marketplace knowledge, and competitive data (both online and offline retail)  - Provide timely information around consumer insights, sales conversions to marketing and product teams so they can plan better.  - Be highly analytical using excel and other systems and drive decision-making purely based on data.  - Building and growing a team of category managers under your supervision top notch backgrounds. Create clear career paths for team members and help them grow with regular & deep mentoring. Perform regular performance evaluation and share and seek feedback.  - Create SLAs and SOPs for each of the teams and ensure the same are being met or exceeded.  - Be responsible for GMV, Conversion and Basket Size.  - Be overly obsessive about the end-consumer on the mobile phone.  - Capture and drive internal systems and reporting requirements to ensure needs towards running of smooth operations are being met.  - Taking an active role in strategic discussion and decision-making towards ensuring alignment with the overall vision and mid to long term objectives of the company.  - Be able to operate within fuzziness and a state of - flux- we truly are quite dynamic at our workplace.  - Work closely with the internal stakeholders such as Product, Finance, Category Management, Marketing and external stakeholders such as courier companies and payment companies.  - Own KRAs around customer satisfaction, net promoter score, reviews on social media, supply chain and logistics, seller tickets/calls and customer tickets/calls.  - Perform well under uncertainty and work with unclear communication channels intra and inter team considering that ours is an organization that's swiftly evolving.  Must Have :  - Strong leadership abilities, strong customer orientation.  - 6-10 years in a category management / leadership role.  - Previous experience in a Start-Up environment is key.  - A confident, self-starter, team player with drive, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal,communication and negotiation skills  - Excellent leadership skills to manage and mentor managers and team members under you.  - Hiring, managing and grooming people in the organization.
