Role : Finance Manager

Location : Udaipur/ Gurgaon

Job summary :

- The incumbent will lead the financial management initiatives as per organizational needs and in compliance with all legal and statutory requirements towards maintaining the credibility of the Organization.

Candidate Profile :

- Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance or relevant qualification

- 4 years plus of total experience in a progressive financial role

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & Hindi

- Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

- Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Tally

- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects,

- Commercial Acumen

- Capacity for innovation

- Work well with people,

- Positive work attitude,

- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met

- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management while recommending further courses of action.

- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

- Ensure compliance of all tax regulations

- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take

- Provide support to the management team during fund raising process and manage cash flow

- Manage the preparation of the company's budget.

- Analyze costs, pricing, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.

- Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.

- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
