Job Responsibilities:
- Synthesize current business intelligence through CRM data to support recommendations for action.
- Perform in depth analysis to resolve a business or service related problem by employing the appropriate tools available.
- Manage timely flow of service intelligence information to management and users.
- Keep track of the sales and service data to provide progress report
- Maintain and/or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods regularly
- Prepare analytical reports as required by management time to time.
- Identify new opportunities to bring new process improvements.
- Support internal and external processes and workflows in service division, suggest improvements based on data analysis and provide insights into service operations.
- Be always updated with the latest market dynamics pertaining to competitors, Brand ASC performance etc.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly reports as required by management including reports such as repair cost per handset city, state and zone wise
- Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as, communications, information flow, inventory control, or cost analysis.
- Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
- Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.
