JD for Project Manager Civil and MEP:  Job / Role Purpose :   To handle project management with focus on managing contracts and deliverables with consultants, contractors and vendors.  Key Responsibilities :   - Checking on deliverables of contractors/ consultants as per their scope of work  - Ensuring delivery of scope of works as per contract agreement with client   - Timely invoicing, follow up for release of payments and protecting commercial interests  - Implementation of processes as per policy and process manuals  - Identify, highlight and mitigate risks with consultation of concerned  - Coordination with all stakeholders of the project   - Review of drawings/ design, checking of work as per drawing, design, specification, instructions  - Monitoring of safety, quality, progress and cost of the project   - Identification of risks, dependencies, bottlenecks etc and resolving the issues in consultation with concerned   - Conduct checks on the processes at various stages of work  - Tracking of resource mobilization by contractor   - Verification of measurements and invoices as per contract/PO conditions   - Identification of change orders, working out impact on cost, time and get approval of all concerned before proceeding with work   - Approval of consultants for all changes to be done at site   - Approval of consultant at various stages of work   - Commercial closure and completion of snags within allotted time   - Project closure activities as per process manuals   - Project data in soft and hard copy (as per requirement) to be saved in files/ folders  Experience & Educational Requirements :   - Education Qualification : BE/ME (Civil), preferably with Masters in Construction Management from NICMAR or other reputed organization  - Relevant Experience : Project management, project co-ordination experience preferably with Real Estate Developer or a reputed EPC company
