Key responsibilities (list major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives) :
- To prepare presentation/technical updates for Moef, consent & high rise committee approvals & related submission for in-house projects, technical coordination with MEP service team, liaison, architect for ensuring statutory requirements at project concept / design stage.
- To prepare & submit green building certification documents,
- To assess review reports for in-house projects as per igbc green home guidelines.
- To co-ordinate with site team for compliance of green building requirements in terms of execution as per pre-certification submittals by regular site visits & by giving trainings to site staff
- To monitor compliances of green building credits at execution stages and collection of necessary evidences at regular intervals. Co-ordination with consultant, vendors for material selection.
