Should have ability to troubleshoot manufacturing problems, customer complaints and repairs. Should have the interpersonal skills to maintain good industrial relations with the workforce and be able to draw optimal production from them. Should be able to face the customer and hence should have good communication skills. Should have a strong understanding of quality systems. Should have Managerial capability.  Salary Offered:   Is kept negotiable & to be discussed with candidate directly.
