Salary Range: 6 - 8 LPA  Department : Organization Practice  Role: Research Associate (Off-Role)  Only Delhi/NCR candidates will be considered for this role.   Role & Responsibilities  - The Research Associate will apply his/her expertise in research and synthesis to assist clients in identifying organizational issues across the four knowledge domains described above and helping solve them by offering tools, interventions and suggesting best-practice approach. Broadly, the role entails  - Providing - first alert- guidance and support to consulting teams seeking targeted material and expert advice on Organizational issues  - Conducting high quality research and analysis and providing synthesized findings that serve as critical inputs to clients/client service teams  - Working with consultants and specialists to further our knowledge, develop insights and client-service approaches on a range of organization related issues  - Developing expertise in a particular area of interest within Organization practice after developing a good understanding of the broad domains  - Investing in building the practice and affiliated service line  - The role may involve some periods of part-time/full-time staffing on client engagement teams and travel when required to support teams.  Desired Skills :   - The ideal candidate for this role will be an entrepreneurial self-starter who enjoys the challenges and rewards of research work in a dynamic and changing environment.
