Salary offered: 11 - 15 LPA  Pre-Requsites :  - Min 8 years of years of total experience with atleast recent 5 years as Finance Controller.  - Industry Exposure to either of these : Auto-ancillary with multiple plants, Consumer goods with operations across multiple companies.  - Must be CA, pass out not later than 2005.  - Should have experience in implementing ERP and accounting systems.  - Must be up to date with all relevant regulations and Accounting Standards.  - Should have experience managing a team of minimum 8 people reporting directly.  Responsibilities :  - Lead the internal and external audit process, prepare finance presentations and special financial reports as per IFRS, transfer pricing compliances, annual tax filings, tax -assessments for the legal entities and supporting Corporate fiscal organization.  - Develop and implement a robust internal control environment across the business processes and implement regular monitoring processes, to ensure that business activities are performed in a secure way.  - Keep abreast with the latest changes in the various tax laws such as companies law, tax laws etc.  - It is expected that in addition to the compliance requirements of the role, you will also be required to support the business and achieve ongoing personal development through specific and ad hoc business projects which may include such activities as: Commercial Finance and Support due diligence initiatives.  - Driven by robust systems and processes.  - Owns 100% statutory compliance, timely and accurate book keeping.  - Well versed with indirect and direct taxes to ensure no deviation in compliances.
