Job Details:   Position Title: Senior Manager F & A (Audits)  Reports to: DGM or above - Finance  Department: Finance & Accounts  Division: JFL Support  Key Account-abilities:  STATUTORY AUDIT  - To ensure completeness of accounting  - Ensure all relevant details / schedules are duly reviewed and timely submitted to the auditors  - Reporting compliance/disclosures as per relevant accounting standards / companies Act / SEBI guidelines etc.  - Discussion and closure with Auditors matters pertaining to the above.  - Co-ordinate with internal teams and external vendors to get details / any specific confirmation / opinion etc.  QUARTERLY AUDIT (LR)  - To ensure completeness of accounting  - Ensure all relevant details / schedules are duly reviewed and timely submitted to the auditors  - Reporting compliance/disclosures as per relevant accounting standards / companies Act / SEBI guidelines etc.  - Discussion and closure with Auditors matters pertaining to above  INTERNAL AUDIT  - For other departments - To co-ordinate with the Auditors and with the concerned Departments so as to enable smooth and ensure timely closure of internal audit  - For own department -   - Ensure previous year's acceptances on the audit report are implemented and duly reported  - Ensure that all relevant details / docs / processes etc. Are duly provided to the auditors   - Ensure timely release of Audit report for handover to the management  ANY OTHER AUDIT - That may come up from time to time  BANKING & FINANCE:  Ensure  - Proper and timely collection of funds  - Tracking of available funds and payments made  - Proper utilisation of available funds  Ensure availability of funds (if required get additional funds by way of loans / ICD etc.)  - Coordination with bankers  - Compliance with respect to arrangements made with the bankers  - Timely payments of instalments / interest etc.  MIS :   To ensure-:  - Timely preparation and sharing of various schedule required for preparation of Profit and Loss of the company and the various units (in the MIS formats) (of areas under your perview)  - That variences from Budgets and previous trends are duly highlighted   - To take action to enusure Budget compliance.  VARIOUS OTHERS:   - Vendor / Imprest / Bank / Fixed Assets Reconciliation(s)  - Payroll  - Timely release of payments (of areas given to you at various times)  - Timely and accurate accounting (of areas given to you at various times)  - Physical verification of Fixed Assets and its re-conciliation.  - Control on Fixed Assets through accurate F.A. Register.  - Audit related : Schedules/and analysis of various GL assigned from time to time and to help in finalisation of Quarterly Limited review /Internal/ Statutory/ Tax Audits, purchase tally, BTBR.  - Ensuring compliance to Booking Closing procedures etc.  - Various activities with respect to process control / audit / reviews / payroll / banking / FAR etc. as may be given to you from time to time.  Qualifications, Experience & Skills:   - Qualification - CA /ICWA  - Experience - 7-9 years of experience in the Finance department in retail / services industry.  Preference would be given to all those who :-   - Have Led / handling / handled complete Audit activity (Statutory Audit preferably);  - Have handled payroll function  - Have handled banking / treasury  - Have past experience with respect to Fixed Assets Control (FAR / Tagging / reco. etc.)
