Job Details :  Position Title: DGM-HR (West)  Reports to: Regional Manager - Operations  General Manager - HR   Job Purpose :  - To develop and implement effective HR processes for the West Region. The incumbent shall be leading the Human Resource Department for the entire region.   Key Accountabilties :  Manpower Planning :  - GDMs and above : Positions planning in consultation with BD and RM keeping minimum 9 months forecast of business growth and back-fill against attrition and promotions  - Shift Managers: Percentage of Managers as with ideal Mix, MIT hire plans according to business forecast.  - Bench Strength & succession planning: Creating bench strength for all critical positions identified and maintains ideal mix defined for all critical positions. Succession planning for key positions.  - Employer branding and attracting talent Pool :  - Enhance employer branding though various tools, attract best talent to apply against the openings.  - Ensure and be a part of Campus Interviews in various Hotel Management Institutes and attract best talent through campus interviews.   Selection and on boarding :  - Enforcement and ensuring TA policy and all administrative measures for on boarding process. Ensure training to the employees as defined in policy guidelines.  Employee Relations, Disciplinary proceedings :  - Ensuring cordial employee relations and enforce disciplinary proceedings pertaining to model standing orders.  Salary And Wage Administration  - Ensure Timely Payroll Inputs in relation to New Joinees, Left, Transfers and Promotions and attendance  - Ensuring Timely disbursement of salary across all the locations of region.  - Verification of queries related to salary and ensure corrective measures to nullify such queries  Statutory Compliance :  - Ensuring timely compliance under various legation applicable like ESIC, PF, Shop & Establishment, Contract Labour act, Minimum Wages act, Payment of wages act, Factories Act for commissary, compliance under labour welfare fund, professional tax and other laws pertaining to the business applicable from time to time by state and central govt.  Training :  - Identify training needs as per procedure for promotions or otherwise for employees and get training done. Do post training evaluation and do proper documentation.  - Batch Creation as per training calendar  - Ensure Training Programmes happening as per calendar  - Ensure administrative support for training programmes and obtaining and analysis of training feedback.  - Immediate resolution in case of any adverse feedback received during training programmes  OD Interventions :  - Drive EOS in the region and complete on time. Suggest and action plan in areas to improve in EOS conducted  - Implement and complete corporate drive on any new survey during the year on time.  - Ensure maximum participation of people shortlisted for such surveys.  - Performance Management and Career Development :-  - Execution of performance appraisals as per pert chart  - Define Jobs / KRAs of regional HR Team and monitoring of same  - Organize internal promotions from time to time as per need.  - Training and awareness of performance appraisal process for people managers of company  - Implementation of PIP process for the people delivering below expectations  HRIS :  - Implementation of different Modules and Patches of HRIS  - Ensure training to new promoted people for GDM level and people managers in HRIS  - Ensure timely Creation, separation and transfers in HRIS and provide relevant training to users.  Employee Health And Safety :  - Ensure appropriate measures towards health and safety of organization assets and people  - Time to time awareness campaign for employees on health and safety threats and enforcement of code of conduct for people.  MIS :  - Monthly updates on various MIS   - HR matrices  - Dashboard  - Scorecard  - HR Help desk data  - Compliance data  - Payroll input MIS  - Work plan tracker  Qualifications,Experience, & Skills :-  Qualification - MBA - HR  Experience - 10 + years of experience in all major functions of HR
