Assistant Manager Supply Chain (Dunkin Donuts)  Job Details:  Position Title: Assistant Manager - SC Planning & Logistics   Reports to: GM Supply Chain  Department: Supply Chain  Division: Dunkin- Donuts  Colleges Preferred : KJ Somaiya/SIOM/FORE  Key Accountabilities:  Supply Chain Planning:  - Run the Monthly Business Planning cycle for Dunkin-Donuts division  - Improving the current practices in Demand & Supply Planning and Customer Service   - Monitor the quality, cost, and efficiency of both the movement and storage of goods  - Analyze data to allow for monitoring performance and plan any necessary improvements  - Serve as liaison with all internal and external partners for daily operational activities  Supply Chain Management:  - Develop the business as needed by analyzing logistical problems and developing new solutions  - Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries;   - Managing logistics operations, involving and coordinating with various & other external agencies to achieve seamless & cost-effective transport solutions  Operations & Logistics:  - Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation expenditures and work within the budget.  - Coordinating and planning the logistic need for the commissary and other regional commissaries.  - Ensuring optimum utilization of manpower and vehicle towards the output  - Analyzes technology and distribution network trends and implements changes in department as appropriate.  - Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary  - Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all logistics operations  Qualifications, Experience & Skills:  Qualification: MBA with 1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning and logistics
