- To take care of HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle Processes post-joining – confirmations / deputation / transfers / changes in role & reporting relationships
- Checking / auditing employee database in HR system, error rectification & trouble-shooting system-related issues; collaborating with location HR teams to standardize database updation
- Supervise and support monthly payroll & employee disbursements, maintaining timelines & accuracy for employee payments & disbursements (regular & event-based)
- Institutionalize and conduct system audit (payroll & HR system) for ensuring efficacy
- To work as a back-up resource for payroll / FFS in the absence of dedicated payroll resource
- To administer employee benefits (statutory & non-statutory) as per policy and standardise the process; process renewal of EDLI, Gratuity policy
- Standardize various reports, MIS & dashboard generated and required in HR (eg: Manpower MIS, provisioning reports, Incentive MIS, monthly manpower cost report, Separation trackers & reports, Statutory reports etc)
- Taking care of internal & external audits
- Taking care of ESOP implementation & MIS
- Standardization & improvement in separation management process
- To monitor SAP HCM implementation process (PA / OM / PMS / Travel / Time / Payroll modules) in the company
- To collaborate with location HR teams for ensuring Statutory Compliances and ensuring all returns / challans / renewals / registers etc are followed in letter & spirit. Ensuring statutory compliances for Mumbai location
