Essential Skills & Experience:  - Bachelor's/Master's Degree with Minimum of 5-7 years of operational & project ( Non-technical/Non-IT ) management experience.   - Excellent communication skills, highly articulate verbally and in writing  - Experience in managing team / global stakeholders  - Experience and Ability to manage pressure / high volume / escalations  - Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills and experience  - Leading large and medium sized Projects & Project management fundamentals - Preferably HR operations related  - Workforce planning and development. May participate in the design and/or testing phases.  - Development and oversight of staff appraisal and supervision systems and in line with required competencies  - Monitor operations and personnel to assure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures  - Responsible for all audit preparedness and success  - May perform other special duties or assignments as requested or required by senior management.  - Ensure delivery of high-quality and timely customer service to our clients (active employees, former employees and our HR partners) on a cost-effective basis by monitoring appropriate metrics, reviewing/revising policies/procedures and standards on an ongoing basis;  - Ensure appropriate framework to provide indicators for organization process goals and strategies; Ensure appropriate disaster recovery/contingency plans are in place, partnering with Risk Management to ensure adequate documentation, planning, and testing instances occur; and as appropriate and required, manage the execution of these plans  - Managing difficult conversations by driving positive outcomes even when the message is difficult to deliver & is able to face the facts in an objective, responsible and honest manner.  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an adaptability to change  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills  Salary Offered: 17 - 18 LPA
