Business Resiliency is a critical function of the CCB Resiliency Team in the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) business and helps to ensure all products, services, processes, employees and customers are supported in the event of business disruptions across our global business platform. Business disruptions of all sizes can be expected and can be related to many sources of origination, including, but not exclusive to weather events, natural disasters, utility failures and technology-related incidents. Appropriate planning, testing and incident response ensures the business is ready to respond to any event.   The Business Resiliency Analyst II will be part of the Crisis Management Team in CCB Business Resiliency that supports the Consumer and Community Banking branch-based and non-branch business units. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with resiliency managers and key line of business personnel during events managed by the Crisis Management Team. These events may cause disruption to business processes, our ability to provide customers with products and services or maintain adequate service levels.   The ideal candidate will operate as a liaison between our team of crisis managers and CCB lines of business during major crisis events and during lower-level incidents. Participation in command center activities, management status calls and business update calls is required and may occur outside of normal business hours. On-call coverage and incident monitoring is required, which may require frequent flexibility in schedule and work hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Engagement with all levels of the resiliency organization, including senior management, is required.   The ideal candidate will assist team members with instituting business resiliency best practices that promote the safety of employees, protect the assets of all stakeholders, reduce the risk of exposure to financial loss, and protect the image and reputation of JPMorgan Chase, market share, and stock value. Additionally, the candidate will support the Crisis Management Team and Business Resiliency Team to ensure that the firm can maintain key business processes, systems and support functions in the event of disruptive events, including proactive threat assessment and risk mitigation, driving the business response to events.   As a Business Resiliency Analyst II you will:  - Participate in crisis and incident management of resiliency events, including command center coverage, preparing status calls and preparing agendas and business communications  - Monitor emerging and active incidents to determine actual and potential business impacts, including impacts to branch, operational and corporate sites and personnel globally  - Participate in the monitoring of Production Assurance Center (PAC) Priority 1 incidents to understand business and customer impact  - Collect, summarize and prepare communications documenting impacts and risks to business management and impacted lines of business  - Prepare mass notification messaging for execution to impacted employees globally through the Global Enterprise Notification Tool (GENT)  - Enter, track and update incident data into collaborative tools  - Collect and prepare metrics for distribution to management and lines of business  - Collaborate on process improvements originating from resiliency events or after action reports  - Analyze resiliency-related data and after action reviews of crisis events  - Review, update and prepare business resiliency procedures and playbooks  Qualifications  - Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently  - Strong written and verbal communications skills   - Strong coordination skills  - Strong analytical skills, including data analysis/manipulation  - Strong attention to detail  - Project management skills  - Presence and ability to engage with senior management  - Flexibility and ability to partner with other team members across multiple lines of business and business units  - Ability to learn new and evolving organizations and establish professional relationships  - Ability to drive best practices and process improvement  - Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with many pressures and changing priorities  - Possess an understanding of the different business units that make up Consumer and Community Banking and the products and services we deliver to our customers  Experience  - A minimum of three years in business resiliency, disaster recovery, crisis management or production assurance/incident management preferred  - Previous experience in operations/risk/audit/business functions preferred  - Bachelor's degree preferred  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio preferred  - Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project preferred  - Familiarity with resiliency planning and mass notification tools including RDMS, LDRPS and GENT/Everbridge
