As the Product Manager (Customer Success), you- ll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping Jova to inch towards our committed promise of excellence. This unique customer facing role will challenge you to ensure that you oversee our customers- successful transition from the point of sign-up to the implementation of Jova. You will be responsible for working with new customers and spearheading their onboarding and implementation procedure while syncing with our Product Manager to ensure requirements are met.

Motivated by solving business problems on behalf of our customers, and with exceptional relationship nurturing skills, you will be responsible for ultimately driving the adoption of Jova and deliver a customer-centric experience that exceeds their expectations. We- re looking for a high-energy individual who is technologically savvy and quick on their feet. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be an integral part of an exciting startup that is geared for impact and growth in the market of non-desk workers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive new customer onboarding, implementation and training end-to-end process.

- Structure and develop product implementation plans and respective timelines, in sync with both the internal development team and customers.

- Coordinate with Product Manager and development team for specific customization requirements, data migration and setting up of Jova account.

- Coordinate and prioritize tasks, manage and meet timelines and communicate customer status by always tracking and maintaining progress in CRM tools.

- Take initiative to suggest improvement initiatives, where applicable.

Requirements:

- Graduate in Business, Sales & Marketing, Communications, Technology or similar.

- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred in management, client relationship management or working with a technology startup.

- Excellent oral and written communication abilities along with interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create and nurture exceptional customer relationships Experience in taking ownership of project delivery and managing cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery

- Self-starter individual who is able to motivate resources in an agile, fast-paced environment

- A pragmatic and organized individual who is able to navigate tough business situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

- A track record of multitasking and managing multiple pieces of information using a CRM software.

- Experience in technical support role or prospecting to international clients (US) is an asset

- Solid understanding of Jova software implementation

Timings: This is a customer interaction role, hence it requires you to operate in the US time zone which is a NIGHT SHIFT -7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST.
