Position : Joint Finance Controller  Looking for a Qualified CA with 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting role of the bank  Finance and Regulatory Reporting Function :  - Preparation of financial statements under Indian GAAP and IFRS on quarterly basis. Knowledge of US GAAP would be added advantage.  - Preparation & submission of regulatory reports  - Evaluation of circulars/guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Institute of Chartered accountants of India (ICAI) on monthly basis  - Co-ordination with Internal & Statutory auditors  - Preparation of periodic Audit committee reports and preparing Board presentation as required  - Preparation of Regulatory returns for submission to RBI  - Computation of capital adequacy of the bank  - Monitoring and implementing compliance requirement regarding preparation of various Regulatory reporting on daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual frequency.  - Preparing monthly analytics for balance sheet and P&L movement of the bank's financials  - Framing accounting policies and processes for existing and new products introduced in the bank  - Handled bond / equity issuance for the bank  - Experience of system implementation / migration would be added advantage  - Key Ratio related metrics analysis.  - Calculation and analysis of key performance indicating ratios like Capital gearing ratio (also known as leverage ratio) in line with new BASEL III Norms, Liquidity ratios and liquidity gap reporting.  - Compliance with Regulatory requirement of various Regulatory Ratio computation like Cash Reserve Ratio, Gearing Ratio Liquidity Ratio etc.  - Preparing and submitting Liquidity Gap report to Regulator on weekly basis.  - Preparing Liquidity Ratio as per policy prescribed by Regulator on daily basis.  Prerequisites :  - Qualified CA with 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting role of the bank  - Team handling experience  - Excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP/IFRS & Ind AS  - Excellent knowledge of banking regulations and RBI guidelines  - Knowledge of BASEL requirements including ICAAP  - Knowledge of regulatory reporting of bank  - Good analytics skills.
