Position Summary:   The Manager, Candidate Experience / Voice-of-Candidate (VoC) is responsible for the development and implementation of a voice-of-candidate strategy. They will oversee the creation, distribution and analysis of a regular VoC survey that measures the candidate experience across every touch point in Johnson & Johnson's Talent Acquisition process.  They will work closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to create insights on improving the global Johnson & Johnson candidate experience. They are responsible for applying effective A-B testing and support the implementation of talent acquisition experiments and pilot programs. They represent the voice of the candidate in every talent acquisition strategy discussion.  Major Duties & Responsibilities  40%  - Understand and support the Company's short, medium and long term candidate experience strategy to achieve the enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy.   - Ensure the Company's candidate experience programs are linked to the Company's Talent Acquisition strategy globally and locally.   - Support candidate experience leadership by managing program governance, utilizing their project management skills to provide leadership to plan and manage projects.   - Manage, analyze and communicate VoC surveys that will enable timely & continuous improvement of candidate experience strategy and priorities across the Company   - Monitor the Company's candidate experience approach to ensure compliance with applicable laws and contracts; routinely collaborate with the Director, Candidate Experience to share feedback.  40%  - Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to create insights on improving the global Johnson & Johnson candidate experience. Collaborate with other peers and stakeholders to develop new and / or amend existing candidate experience approaches.   - Apply effective A-B testing and support the implementation of talent acquisition experiments and pilot programs.   - Utilize VoC expertise and external market insights in areas of design and development of candidate experience programs and represent the voice of the candidate in every talent acquisition strategy discussion.  - Work collaboratively with candidate experience peers and stakeholders to determine and take corrective actions on identified issues.   - Focus on building effective relationships and trusted partnerships with Talent Acquisition organization & BUHR and leaders to maximize value.   - Manage expenses and provide input into budget/resource allocation needs; and the management of costs.   20%  - Conduct routine internal analysis and external benchmarking to enhance the effectiveness of candidate experience programs.   - Monitor Key Performance Indicators and scorecards of relevant data to understand program performance and effectiveness.   - Continuously review and refine the candidate experience processes / roadmaps with the candidate experience leader to promote effective programs.   - Manage the short, medium, and long term candidate experience plans and initiatives to solve identified issues, document agreements and communicate with stakeholders.   Qualifications  Required Minimum Education: University/Bachelor's Degree 1 or Equivalent Other   Required Years of Related Experience: 8 - 10 years of related experience Other   - A minimum of 8-10 years professional hands-on experience within HR with at least 2 years in the Talent Acquisition field.   - Facilitation and project management experience (e.g., project plans, status reports, communication plans, risk management plans, milestones, deliverable charts)  - Strong leadership skills; operates as a global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences.  - Strong understanding and working knowledge of Talent Acquisition laws and regulations in at least 1 country  - Strong presentation skills; can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audience  - Has experience managing, planning and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives.  - Influence, negotiation and consultative skills  - Detail-oriented  - Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and inclusive work environment  - Demonstrated experience translating HR strategies into regional solutions that consider global business drivers (e.g., organizational functions, regulatory, legal, economic conditions)   - Connects with others and collaborates closely to deliver consistent employee and customer-focused approach in region   - Expertise leveraging internal and external analytics to diagnose situations and build business cases for global solutions; Identifies designs and leads studies that inform talent decisions.  - Develops enterprise-wide strategies in partnership with stakeholders to attract employees in an integrated manner, driving regional/global business results   - Generates trust and builds a high degree of credibility with stakeholders.  - Leverages integrated HR strategies, policies, and governance processes to appropriately prioritize HR solutions  - Experience balancing voice of the customer with enterprise-wide business and HR strategies  - Maintains connections externally in field of expertise.
