The scope is composed of sales, marketing and other commercial-related employees.  Key Responsibilities:   - Collaborate with business leaders and HR management to ensure effective deployment of HR strategies, programs and processes in his/her areas of responsibility   - Align his/her HR actions with the overall business goals and with the overall HR Strategy  - Implement dedicated actions related to the Talent strategy & agenda of business and partner with line leaders to grow diverse leadership, talent, and critical capability pipeline  - Provide guidance's and coaching with business leaders to support Talent development, leadership and organizational development, people management & problem solving and performance culture.  - Supports the implementation and development of organizations that drive innovation, change and employee engagement  - Manage all employee relations/legal issues in line with the local legal framework, J&J Credo and Company policies  - Act as project leader within the HR road map and drive special projects in HR which have a wide impact across all businesses  - Partner with Specialist Groups (Talent Acquisition, Total rewards, HR Services, Training- ) to ensure implementation of HR strategies  Qualifications:  The successful candidate will have 6-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as a generalist. Proven experiences in coaching and consulting will be valuable in order to effectively partner and influence senior leaders.  Key leadership attributes will as well include:   - Communication skills, maturity of judgment and aptitude to educate and influence multiple stakeholders  - Strong business orientation  - Ability to drive change management initiatives & proven leadership skills  - Operational excellence & ability to deal with both complexity & efficiency  - Ability to deliver results by working collaboratively  - Learning agility and openness to innovation & change
