Listerine and Benadryl .  Job Title (India Specific): Group Product Manager for Beauty Franchise   Function: Consumer  Location: Mumbai  Objective of this role  To demonstrate strong leadership in development and execution of plans and all other activities needed to deliver business results (sales, market share, profits) for the assigned portfolio / brand in the Beauty Franchise   General Responsibilities:  1. Brand Building: Develop and execute Integrated Marketing Plan plans, in line with Global Brand Spotlight & Positioning, for designated portfolio / brands in the Beauty franchise. Scan the competitor environment, for trends, initiatives and opportunities - provide relevant insights and help shape new solutions.   2. GFO Partnerships: He/she would manage the interfaces within the Regional Franchise Office for the designated portfolio to provide a clear strategic direction for India that aligns the entire organization to a common goal. He/she is expected to lead development of key strategic partnerships, both internally with GFO and externally with local Agencies and local Content/Media Partners.   3. Integrated Marketing Communication: Lead development of Integrated Marketing Communication Plans, that are rooted in consumer insights, and developed in partnership with cross-agency teams. The regular works which are part of communication development, such as scripts, creatives, taglines and media plan, needs to be evolved as part of the overall Integrated Marketing Communication. Also, needs to build in stronger digital and analytics insights and optimization to make effective brand decisions.  4. Cross-organizational collaboration: Liaise closely with multiple cross-functional teams (Sales Team to activate marketing strategy in the local environments; Regulatory & Compliance Teams to ensure adherence to all regulations applicable; Supply Chain and Quality Teams for leveraging distribution/network efficiencies).   Qualification:  Technical Qualification :  - Post Graduate studies in Business Management from Tier 1 Business School   - 8 years of experience.
