Financial Leadership Development Program_2016_India  Job Title:   Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)  Job Description:  We are seeking energetic and dynamic candidates to join our Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP). The program is structured to develop a pipeline of finance and business leaders through two years of training with a possible cross-sector exposure.  The FLDP offers:  - Varied functional assignments (ranging from Operational Account, Sales & Marketing Finance, Financial Accounting, Supply Chain Finance, Planning and Forecasting)  - Varied business and technical experience  - Coaching and development  - Exposure to senior leadership  - Development of strong foundation of leadership as well as technical accounting/finance skills  These assignments are supplemented by six weeks of classroom learning (at US corporate headquarters) and e-learning training over the course of the two-year program. Training covers all areas critical to success at J&J and is delivered through a combination of resources including FLDP program leadership, key Finance leaders, J&J Executives, & external consultants. Throughout the training sessions and over the course of the program, the FLDP participants develop competencies related to problem-solving/analysis, technical skills, business knowledge, teamwork and leadership. These competencies are developed through participation in case studies, simulations, presentations, technical overviews and team building exercises as well as on the job learning.   While roles and responsibilities will vary widely based on the rotations undertaken, below are some of the activities FLDP participants can expect in their rotations:   - Financial Closing process (Journal entries, account analysis, balance sheet reconciliations)  - Business Plan and Forecast Updates/Sales Analytics  - Opportunities for presentations, cross-functional collaborations, and business partner support  - Budget vs. Actual Analysis/Trending  - Capital Budgeting and Decision-Making  - Sarbanes Oxley Controls and Compliance/Audit  This position is based in Mumbai.  Applicant Pre-requisites/Qualifications:  - CA's from 2015-2016 (Cleared in First attempt and rank holders)  - CA's with 1 yr experience and articleship with BIG 4  - Financial or quantitative interest/competence  - Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to influence and lead others in a team-oriented environment  - Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills  - A commitment to excellence and integrity
