This is a hands-on position responsible for developing and executing Supply Planning, Raw & Packaging Materials Planning, Driving S&Ops with Third Party Manufacturing Sites and project management. Cross functional collaboration is paramount to reliable supplies while ensuring compliance to Quality and Regulatory and optimizing cost.  Major Accountabilities :   Production Planning (External Manufacturing Sites) :   - Develop production plans to ensure high level of customer service with optimum inventory levels.  - Share Production plans with EM sites and drive S&OP at EM sites to ensure plans are met.  - Ensure timely product dispatches from EM sites to Janssen Warehouse for further distribution.  - Actively participate in country S&OP process. Provide product availability estimates to distribution team.  - Work closely with EM sites to ensure supply reliability and resolve day to day issues.   - Ensure timely submission of reports from TPMs as part of the operating rhythm  - Provide support to other functions like QA, R&D, Packaging Development and Direct Procurement.  - Raise, review control of change procedure as per applicable Standard Operating Procedure   - Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings  Raw & Packaging Material Planning :   - Does Raw & Packaging material planning based on production plan & forecast to ensure smooth operations.  - Work closely with souring team to ensure timely availability of materials at all the EM sites as per production requirements.  - Artwork change management at EM Sites.  - Does material reconciliation at EM sites.  - Ensure zero material obsolescence at EM sites.  - Support source change / material change projects.  Performance Management and MIS :   - Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to evaluate EM Performance and drive KPI as a culture at TPMs.  - KPI Management (LIFE, Inventory, SLOB, New Product launch etc.)  - Develop MIS for the supply chain to enable data driven decisions.  - Process automation for self-sustaining operating rhythm and improved supply chain efficiency.   Others :   - Coordinate closely with Import Team and support in import planning for FG as well as RM/PM.  - Flexibility to handle distribution planning across supply chain network as and when needed.  Ideal Background :   Qualification : B.E. / B. Pharma + Post Graduation in Supply Chain / Operations Management.   Experience :   - 6-8 years in a Pharma/OTC/FMCG industry.  - Direct experience in supply planning and Third Party Manufacturing Management is must  - Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities  - Hand's on experience in SAP is must.
