We are looking for appropriate candidates with 12+ years of experience in L&D with IT, ITES or BPO companies.

Lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a skills inventory to assist in human resource planning and identification of learning needs.

Researches and recommends a complement of internal and external learning programs that align with the organizations business objectives and employee needs. Lead in maintaining the company’s mentoring program, acting as the primary contact for employees and managers.
