BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - GURGAON - Expert in construction industry

Roles and Responsibilities -

- Be the internal Subject matter Expert for the Construction in ECTI Vertical

- Expected to develop and drive ECTI Vertical proposition in EPC sector

- Develop alliances and continuously fine tune the value proposition

- Undertake site visits to observe customer problems and do diagnostic studies

- Be part of Strategy development, Presales efforts and Proposal making

- Develop knowledge on new technique and solutions being used by EPC sector in large Buildings/factories projects – observe trends and look for new offerings

- Work closely with CRG Sales and Presales of LOBs like BSD to coordinate the Value proposition communication

- Hold internal knowledge building sessions and evangelize the offerings

- Help interface for Sell through opportunities

Skills Required

- B.E./ B.Tech, MBA/PGDBM (desirable),

- 7 - 10 years of work experience with at least 4 years in Construction companies/ projects in Project Management or other line functions like Procurement

- Project experience may include Project Management, Quality Management, Procurement, Site Supervision of projects etc

- Be familiar with Site equipment and data collection pain areas, to enable new integrated offerings

- Strong understanding of processes and pain areas and should have worked on Construction specific Applications’ (ERP, Primavera etc) must

- Experience in Client interfacing/ Business development / presales, bidding, proposals

- Strong Communication & Networking Skills

- Added advantage if person has experience in IT Application implementations as well (e.g. being a Process champion)
