Process Owner /Lead Finance & Accounting (FNA) Transformation global biz devpt
- 5 years experience in Finance and/or Information Systems
- 5 - 8 years experience in Finance Process in a BPO or as a CFO in a mid size business unit.
- Experience in implementing and managing a Financial ERP system and leading cross-functional teams
- Proven strong leadership skills
- Project management skills
- Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through implementation
- Role is
1 .act as a process owner in designing / reengineering FnA processes for the off shored FnA products and services by setting standards and benchmarks comparable to industry best practices, and identify tools and applications that support process transformation thru effective coordination closely with the Delivery Organisation across sites.
2. Assist the Business Unit Development Leads in developing strategic priorities vis-à-vis FnA processes with the buyers.
3.facilitate in designing and transforming FnA processes across Group Business Units
