TITLE: Senior Manager - Marketing

BUSINESS UNIT: Marketing and Communication

LOCATION: Gurgaon

REPORTING TO: Director & Head - Marketing

DIRECT REPORTS: As assigned

POSITION GOALS:

- Lead all engagements to enhance market presence, visibility and reputation

- Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive external and internal communications plan to elevate employee engagement

- Client and Business-communications strategy alignment

- Articulate complex businesses with clarity and consistency

- Creating & positioning employer branding

- Usage of Traditional and Digital media

- Should be able to work in and with Matrix team structure

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Digital marketing:

Develop digital assets for websites, SharePoint, and social media marketing.

Run marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

Monitoring and gauging campaign performance

Integrated communications:

Cohesive communications strategy development across functions to create a multiplier effect.

Executing all in-house advertising activities which include developing campaign strategy, roll out plans and evaluation while handling Brand Management & Corporate Communication activities

Planning:

Developing and executing strategic plans, setting and administering budgets & managing entire sales & business planning

Content Management:

Develop content for the website, intranet, digital, print and social media

Branding, BTL Marketing & Communications

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS:

- Graduate in Marketing and Communications from premier institutes

- 12 - 15 years experience in a similar role

- Should have a flair for Digital Marketing and Content Marketing

- Flexible in approach and highly skilled at problem solving.

- Self-starter

- Effective management of the team.
