Position Summary:   The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will be an integral part of the finance team and reports to the Director of FP&A. The FP&A Analyst will assist with the preparation of financial reports, Board of Directors materials, monthly financial analysis materials and provide ad hoc analysis for the organization.  Job Duties & Responsibilities:  - Execute month-end and quarter-end Reporting, P&L distribution and forecast consolidation for departments of responsibility  - Work with business operations, and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting  - Drive key insights and analytics  - Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives  - Assist in developing finance and business presentations for QBR's and Mgmt reviews  - Defining & measuring success metrics against business goals  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  - Consulting Finance Background is required. Operation is an advantage  - Specific Needs for Consulting Business  Consulting KPIs- Utilization, Bookings, Revenue, Backlogs, Bill and Cost rate  Project Accounting- T&E vs Fixed Bids. Knowledge of Hours/Project recording tools like Tenrox, Project Analyzer, or similar  Fair understanding of Revenue Recognition Policies, VSOE, etc.  - General Traits  Superior analytical skills  Strong written and oral communication skills  Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills  Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions  Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines  High degree of proficiency with Excel, word and PowerPoint  Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities  High energy, high ownership of work and dedication and commitment to driving results  Knowledge on Hyperion Submission must, Salesforce and Workday reporting preferred  Competencies Required:  - Makes confident, fact-based analysis/recommendations  - Approaches problems from different perspectives in order to suggest and implement solutions   - Takes accountability for delivering on commitments  - Experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget  - Adept at using logic and reasoning to work through problems and analyze information  Qualifications:  - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting  - MBA/PGPM Finance or other professional degree in Finance related field  - 5+ years in a corporate accounting or finance role  - Demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis
