Location: Hyderabad  Reports To: Sr. Manager - L&D - Human Resources  Description:  - Designs & Delivers development programs based on agreed parameters with Leadership  - Design, develop, deliver and evaluate various types of training that enhance required knowledge, skills or behaviors or address organizational development gaps.  - Consult with management and partner with HR Business Partners to identify learning and development needs based on business and organizational change  - Works with subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions that meet business needs by utilizing existing resources and develops new training where necessary  - Manage a network of external vendors. Oversee the outsourcing/out-taking of program development and delivery from external vendors identified by department leadership  - Ensures team development goals are tailored to company needs in a manner consistent with JDA’s Guiding Principles.  - Supports in implementation of action plans from the training programs  - Analyze existing programs and make recommendations where necessary for ongoing improvements.  - Areas for research are performance management, succession planning, competency development, and leadership development and employee engagement.  - Monitoring of Associate LMS (SkillSoft’s Skillport & Books24x7).  - Researches content and gathers information from a variety of sources to create engaging learning programs in order to increase organizational effectiveness  - Works with subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions that meet business needs by utilizing existing resources and develops new training   Knowledge and Skills Required:  - Excellent written and communication skills.  - Proven facilitation skills - should be able to facilitate programs across diverse audiences irrespective of seniority, business back ground or participant profile  - Poise, maturity and interpersonal skills to deal professionally and effectively with senior management  - Strong computer skills including presentation and analytics.  - Proven track record as a program manager with experience leading the design, development and delivery of learning solutions and interventions.  - A deep understanding of a blended learning approach on issues of organizational competency development and effectiveness, leadership development and management development.  - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; advanced PowerPoint user (visuals, graphics), Advanced Excel, familiarity with macros will be a plus  - An understanding of e-learning with the ability to utilize technology as a learning tool  - Strong business acumen  - Any recognized industry certifications in the area of Behavioral/Leadership development, assessments & tools would be a plus  Qualifications, Education and Experience Required:  - MBA or an equivalent degree in Human Resources.  - Typically 7+ years of experience in an L&D Role
